Shimano 19 Stradic FL 1000S

The 19 Stradic FL 1000S is one of the most popular light game reel in Australia. 

Although the reel is relatively heavy weighing in at 185g, it handles most light game situations very well and having plenty of power to spare. 

The Stradic FL has 6+1 bearings, 3kg of max drag and plenty of line capacity. We recommend applying some backing if thin diameter PE line is used. 

The reel is suitably matched with an ultra-light or finesse rod around 60-100g.
